Cancellation Conditions
Cancel on or between 8 Jul 2026 and 19 Jul 2026 then you will be charged for the first 1 night(s) of the stay.
Cancel on or after 20 Jul 2026 then you will be charged the full cost of your booking.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Additional Check In Notes
Guests can check in after hours via a key code/box system, we will email or text you a code to open the key box, containing the key to the inner front door and your room.
Policy
Check in between 15:00 and 20:00. Check out by 11:00.
Children aged 6 or over are welcome.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is allowed in: some of the open air areas.
Limited parking is available on site and is free of charge. On Street parking is available and is free of charge. Alternative parking is available nearby at a charge of £8.00 per day.
Payment Conditions
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. Full booking balance must be paid 5 days before arrival.
Payments by: cash, BACS and the following cards: Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Maestro and Mastercard.
We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
